Your Role, Your Impact The Training Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing learning and development programs that enhance employee performance, skills, and productivity. This role assesses organizational training needs, develops strategic learning initiatives, and ensures training programs align with business goals.
The Training
Manager leads the planning, delivery, and evaluation of training activities, manages training resources and budgets, and supports continuous professional development across the organization. They also monitor program effectiveness and drive improvements to ensure measurable impact on individual and organizational performance.

Strategy with Business Goals
Identify organizational learning needs through analysis, performance gaps, and stakeholder consultation.

Design
Lead the development of structured learning programs, curricula, and training materials.
Ensure programs are relevant, scalable, and aligned with competency frameworks.

Delivery & Facilitation
Conduct and/or oversee training sessions and workshops as needed.
Oversee facilitators, trainers, and external vendors.

Effectiveness and Impact
Establish KPIs and evaluation methods to measure training outcomes
Analyze feedback, performance data, and ROI of learning programs.
Continuously improve training based on results and organizational needs. Lead and Develop the Training Team
Supervise trainers and learning specialists.
Provide coaching, performance management, and professional development.
Manage Training
Resources and Budget
Prepare and monitor the training budget.
Optimize resource utilization (tools, platforms, facilities, vendors).
Ensure cost-effective learning solutions. Who We’re Looking For Education: Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Human Resources, Organization Development, Education, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or units in OD, HR, or related disciplines is an advantage Licenses/Certifications (preferred but not required):
-Certification in Training and Development
-Certification in Instructional Design, Coaching, Facilitation, or Learning Management Systems
Experience
-At least 5–8+ years of progressive experience in training and development, with exposure to program design, facilitation, and evaluation
-Demonstrated skills in facilitation, training coordination, and reporting.
-At least 2–3 years in a supervisory or leadership role managing trainers, facilitators, or L&D teams.
