Job Description Lead the new product development projects and the continuous improvement of their features and services.Contribute towards the overall product strategy and interworking with other connectivity, applications and products.Support new features and improvements hence delivering new revenues, improved profitability and better customer experience.New product development, continuous improvement of product eatures and services, Capex/Opex requirements DUTIES & AND RESPONSIBILITIES Leads the support team for the End to end management of assigned projects to operationally support delivery of assigned products/services Coordination within Globe support groups to ensure timeliness of project delivery Works with the operations team to ensure smooth operations for the product and identify process gaps that need to be addressed Work closely with Product Team/Product Managers for product rationalization projects Reports generation, analysis, and presentation Close monitoring of all product related information from the assigned project.
