Mobile Full Stack Lead Developer Using React/Typescript and NestJS/Node.JS

• *Mobile/Full Stack Lead Developer

Setup: 2-3 months Hybrid then Fully remote thereafter

• *Scope:
• Leads daily standups, distribute work items, and manage capacity in both offshore and onshore development team; including sprint planning
• Code development using React/TypeScript (web), React Native (mobile), and NestJS (backend).
• Code and architecture review for major features and implement coding standards
• Mentorship and team development
• *Must Haves:
• Must be willing to work on hybrid setup in Makati for the first 2-3 months; thereafter, will be fully remote
• Must have relevant work experience in leading a team and coding using React/TypeScript and NestJS/Node.js, iOS & Android platform APIs
• Has experience working using AI and open to it's relevance
• Outcome-focused, and output-driven rather than being process-oriented
• Has worked on e-commerce platforms** (Shopify APIs, payment gateways) will have advantage
• Candidates with shorter notice period are preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php100,000.00 - Php150,000.00 per month
