🚀 WE’RE HIRING: Python Developer (AI Engineering)

We’re looking for a skilled Python Developer to join our engineering team and help build the backend systems powering modern AI products.
In this role, you’ll work across a diverse portfolio of live client projects, developing scalable AI-powered platforms, APIs, data pipelines, and LLM orchestration systems for industries such as legal, real estate, and government.
🔹 What You’ll Work On
- Backend development for AI-powered platforms
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines
- LLM integration and multi-agent orchestration systems
- OCR and document processing for scanned and handwritten content
- REST API development (FastAPI preferred)
- Enterprise data extraction and cloud-based pipelines
- Third-party integrations via APIs and protocols like MCP
🔹 What We’re Looking For
- Strong Python development experience
- Experience with REST APIs (FastAPI preferred)
- Hands-on work with LLMs, prompt engineering, and structured outputs
- Knowledge of RAG pipelines and vector databases (Qdrant, ChromaDB, or similar)
- Clean coding standards, version control, and deployment best practices
- Knowledge of or experience with automation tools such as n8n, Power Automate, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Experience with the Microsoft technology stack, including Azure and Copilot Studio, is also highly beneficial.
