Python Developer (with GraphQL)

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Python.
• Build and manage GraphQL APIs and schema definitions.
• Implement GraphQL resolvers, queries, mutations, and subscriptions.
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Design and optimize database structures, queries, and data models.
• Integrate applications with third-party services, enterprise systems, and cloud platforms.
• Perform unit testing, code reviews, and application troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, business analysts, architects, and QA teams.
• Participate in Agile development activities and sprint ceremonies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Required experience: 5 to 7 years of professional software development experience, including Python and hands-on GraphQL development.
• Must have 5 years of Python experience
• Must have 4 years of GraphQL experience
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and API design principles.
• Good communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

Other details:

Shift Schedule: 8 pm-6 am

Work setup: 2x a week onsite (Wednesday & Friday)

Contract: 12 months contractual
