• Experience: Solid background in RF Network Optimization with strong expertise in layering strategies and network concepts.

• Proficient in Nokia, Ericsson, and ZTE platforms, including their Performance Management (PM) tools.
• Strong capability in data analytics, performance insights, and applying AI-driven approaches to simplify workflows.
• Deep understanding of network layering strategies and optimization principles.
• *Soft Skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to report effectively to higher management.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Resilient under pressure and adaptable to dynamic environments.
