Full Stack Developer (React/Python)

What You Will Do (Tasks)
- Delighting Customers: Own the end-to-end delivery of responsive React/NextJS UI components and build strong technical rapport with US-based stakeholders.
- Growing Our Business: Design scalable Python APIs, optimized SQL queries, and efficient data pipelines leveraging Polars and Pandas.
- Improving the Way We Work: Drive agility and code quality by applying test-driven development (TDD) and deploying automated Infrastructure as Code (IaC) on AWS.
- Developing Yourself & Others: Actively collaborate in a high-performing, cross-functional team environment to continuously sharp engineering standards.

What We Are Looking For
- 3 to 4 years of solid NextJS and Python full-stack engineering experience.
- Proficiency in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Mandatory hands-on knowledge of Python data libraries (Polars and Pandas) and SQL.
- Working knowledge of AWS IaC (CloudFormation or CDK); familiarity with Lambda, S3, RDS, or Glue is a major plus.
