As of 2024, we’ve evolved into The Living Company; a vertically integrated living platform managing $17B in assets across Student Living (Scape), Rent‑to‑Live Affordable Housing (RTL Co.), and Retirement Living (Aveo). THE ROLE

As our new Salesforce Developer, you'll be instrumental in shaping the technology that underpins our entire operations. From the moment a student books a room to managing their entire residential experience, your code will be at the core of it all. Key responsibilities:

Design, develop, test and deploy high-quality custom Apex code, Lightning Web Components (LWC)

Collaborate with the Admin team to implement both code-based and declarative solutions

Troubleshoot bugs and resolve issues, ensuring system stability and reliability

Stay ahead of the curve by researching and implementing new Salesforce technologies and best practices ABOUT YOU

3+ years as a Salesforce Developer (or a full‑stack dev keen to move into Salesforce)

Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience

Strong problem‑solver with a business‑focused mindset

Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams

Excellent communicator who can explain technical concepts clearly

Collaborative, organised and able to manage multiple priorities Technical Experience

Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC)

SOQL/SOSL and Salesforce APIs

Git-based version control (GitHub/Bitbucket)

CI/CD and general DevOps exposure

Understanding of Salesforce security, data models and automation (Flows)

Highly regarded: Experience across at least two Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Marketing, Field etc.)

Bonus: Full‑stack skills (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React)
