About The Role

We're hiring Search Quality Evaluators to assess and rate search engine results, recommendations, and AI-generated answers. Your feedback directly improves how AI systems find and present information.

Type: Hourly Contract

• Compensation: $40–$120 /hour

Location: Remote

• Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

What You'll Do

• Evaluate search results for relevance, accuracy, and usefulness
• Rate AI-generated answers and recommendations using structured rubrics
• Compare multiple results and rank them by quality
• Provide brief written explanations for your ratings
• Work through batches of tasks at your own pace

Who You Are

• Comfortable using search engines and browsing the web
• Ability to judge content relevance and quality objectively
• Attention to detail and consistent judgment
• Clear written communication in English
