Senior Full Stack Engineer (Java + Angular)

You’ll help build a Digital Customer Ecosystem that brings eCommerce, product information, and digital services into one seamless self-service experience for scientists and healthcare professionals around the world.

This is a hands-on senior role with real technical ownership. You’ll work across backend, frontend, and cloud, and your decisions will shape the architecture and affect the entire customer journey, from first discovery to repeat business.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and improve backend and frontend features using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular
• Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code, with automated tests (JUnit, Mockito, Selenium, Playwright)
• Create and scale REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven integrations (Kafka, Azure Event Hub, Azure Service Bus)
• Deploy and operate containerized applications on Azure (AKS / Docker Swarm)
• Integrate with messaging platforms, APIs, and relational and NoSQL databases (MS SQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
• Work with architects, product owners, QA, and fellow engineers to shape technical direction
• Contribute to estimation, planning, and continuous improvement in a Scrum team

What You Bring (Must-Haves)

• Strong hands-on experience with Java (up to the latest versions), Spring Boot, Angular (recent versions), and TypeScript
• Proven experience designing distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architectures
• Practical Azure Cloud experience, plus CI/CD (Jenkins, Azure DevOps), Docker, and Git workflows
• Solid automated testing practices across both backend and frontend
• Ability to work independently and own solutions in complex, cloud-native environments
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset in agile, cross-functional teams
• Willingness to work a hybrid, mid-shift schedule in Taguig

Nice to Have

• Experience with eCommerce or customer-facing platforms
• Exposure to Playwright or Selenium end-to-end test automation
• Experience with AKS / Kubernetes
