Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Java Software Engineer, located in Makati.

The Senior Java Software

Engineer will develop, design, and implement robust software solutions using Java, with a focus on microservices architecture. The role will involve integrating the Spring Framework, writing optimized code, debugging, and ensuring software performance and scalability. The role includes collaborating with cross-functional teams for system optimization as well as contributing to architectural decisions to enhance current and upcoming projects.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Java-based Programming, Software Development, and Microservices architecture.
• Expertise in Spring Framework and its related modules.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing scalable and efficient software systems.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and troubleshoot complex software issues.
• Familiarity with databases, software testing, and version control systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience in payment technologies, fintech, or related industries is a plus.
• A proactive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
