ECLAROOur client is seeking a Senior SQL Server / SSIS Developer to join their Data Engineering team. This is a hands-on, pure development role with a strong focus on SSIS and SQL Server stored procedures supporting enterprise data pipelines and analytics.
Design, develop, and optimize SQL Server stored procedures for ETL and data processing
Build, maintain, and enhance SSIS packages for large-scale data integration
Support and contribute to SQL Server Data Warehouse development
Ensure performance tuning, data quality, and reliability of ETL workflows
Collaborate with onshore data and analytics stakeholders on long-term initiatives
10 years of experience as a SQL Server Developer / Data Engineer
Expert-level SSIS development ( must-have)
Strong experience writing and optimizing ETL stored procedures
Advanced T-SQL skills in SQL Server environments
Proven experience in pure development roles (not reporting-focused)
Hands-on SQL Data Warehouse design and development experience
Experience supporting enterprise or insurance/financial datasets
Long-term, stable offshore opportunity
