Role Overview:

We are seeking a Software Engineer who will build AI powered features that transform how Fortune 500 legal teams operate. Working within an Agile environment, you will design, develop, and ship high quality solutions across the full technology stack including React, Vue, Python, Django, and AWS cloud services.

This role is ideal for someone who moves quickly without compromising quality, embraces AI first development practices to enhance productivity, and collaborates effectively with cross functional teams. You will continuously learn, apply engineering best practices, and contribute to scalable, secure, and innovative solutions that deliver meaningful impact to enterprise clients.

Qualifications:

• Strong coding fundamentals in at least one of our specified languages (Python)
• Working knowledge of modern frontend frameworks (ReactJS)
• Understanding of web technologies, APIs, and databases
• Cloud/deployment knowledge (AWS)
• Breaks down complex problems into manageable parts
• Considers multiple solutions before implementing
• Debugs issues methodically
• Actively uses or eager to learn AI development tools
• Understands how to leverage AI for productivity
• Critical thinking about AI output quality

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 7am to 4pm PHT
