Job Description The Strategy Execution Partner supports the delivery of Globe’s IT strategic and transformation initiatives by working closely with Strategy &
• Transformation Managers and cross-functional teams. The role ensures disciplined execution, visibility of progress, and timely resolution of issues across key transformation programs. The partner plays a hands-on role in coordinating activities, tracking performance, managing risks, and preparing decision materials to help accelerate outcomes. Working across ISG and business stakeholders, the Strategy Execution Partner drives operational rigor, reinforces governance, and helps translate strategy into tangible, measurable results. EXECUTION SUPPORT &
• COORDINATION – supporting the planning and day-to-day execution of IT strategic and transformation initiatives, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and dependencies are actively managed TRACKING &
• REPORTING – maintaining initiative dashboards, tracking KPIs, risks, issues, and actions; ensuring timely and accurate updates for governance forums GOVERNANCE ENABLEMENT – preparing materials for strategic reviews, cadence meetings, and CIO updates; ensuring decisions, actions, and accountabilities are documented and followed through RISK &
• ISSUE MANAGEMENT – proactively identifying delivery risks, surfacing blockers early, and coordinating cross-team resolution STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT – working with initiative owners, project managers, finance, and partner teams to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and value realization VALUE MONITORING – supporting tracking of benefits realization, cost impact, and transformation outcomes against committed targets Key Deliverables Transformation Initiative Dashboards &
