Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Systems Integration Engineer (API/Automation) to join our Clients' operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible to design API integrations, support automation, and manage IT systems across business teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- API and Webhook Integration
o Design, develop, and manage integrations between internal and external systems using APIs and webhooks.
o Collaborate with partners and vendors to ensure effective data flow between systems.
o Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to API integrations and maintain data integrity.
- Technical Support & Collaboration
o Provide technical solutions for API integrations, cyber security and system configurations to both internal and external stakeholders.o Work closely with the Operations, Marketing and Sales Teams to scope, design, and implement solutions that meet business requirements.
o Document technical processes, configurations, and system integration guides.
o Support business teams on the use of core line of business applications and data o Provide training where required on platform integration, functionality and maintenance
- IT Administration Support
o Provide administration support for Google Workspace and Zoom Enterprise, including user account management, configuration, and troubleshooting.
o Monitor system performance and apply updates, patches, and security measures.
o Assist internal teams with IT-related tasks and system configurations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in a related role.
- Proficiency in JavaScript
- Strong experience with API development, system integrations, and webhooks
- Solid understanding of JSON and data handling
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Apex and SOQL
- Experience with and/or n8n for automation
- Working knowledge of SQL
- Familiarity with REST APIs, authentication methods, and Git
- Experience troubleshooting data and integration issues
- Strong analytical and business problem-solving skills
- Strong time management and attention to detail
- Clear and confident English communication (written and verbal)
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with BigQuery
- Exposure to data pipelines / analytics workflows
- Familiarity with cloud or iPaaS platforms
