Job description
Job Summary:
Front-end internal and external clients along with solution experts and project manage delivery.
Responsible for identifying opportunities for automation by accessing the detailed process, development, maintenance and optimization of Selenium, VBA & Power BI based solution within Microsoft office applications.
Identify, understand, and analyze automation opportunities within business processes in detail along with transformation champions
Communicate technical infrastructure requirements to deploy automation solutions and convert solutions to tools, and products
Candidate should be well equipped in creating Process Maps (As-Is & To-Be)
Responsibilities:
Identify automation opportunities for all processes
Skilled and detail-oriented in VBA, Selenium & Power BI developer
Perform hands-on automation operations, and manage team delivery
Must possess a balance of analytical problem solving, and strong interpersonal, and relationship development skills
Qualifications:
Technical Skills
Expertise in visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau, Selenium, Python
Hands-on experience in Alteryx, SQL, VBA
Created data pipeline for data inflow and outflow
Know-how .Net, CSS/ HTML, Django, Java is plus
Familiar with MS tools and Power Apps
Process Specific Skills
Know-how of BFSI, preferably Insurance
Experience in L&A processes and capable in process and value stream mapping
Delivery experience in a business aligned IT scenarios
Soft Skills
Excellent Presentation, verbal and written communication skills
Excellent analytical skills and aptitude for problem solving, including data analysis and validation
