This role is primarily focused on end-to-end website development — from translating mockups into pixel-perfect builds to ensuring speed, security, and long-term performance.

How You'll Make an Impact
You'll lead the technical delivery of websites and digital platforms that are responsive, secure, and built for performance.
Leading the development and deployment of responsive websites and web applications
Building and customising WordPress websites, including theme development, plugin integration, and PHP customisation
Developing and maintaining Shopify stores, including theme customisation and e-commerce optimisation
Creating responsive websites in Webflow, implementing custom interactions and advanced functionality
Translating design mockups and wireframes into fully functional, pixel-perfect builds
Implementing and maintaining CMS structures for client usability
Optimising websites for SEO, page speed, and overall performance
Integrating third-party APIs, payment gateways, analytics tools, and marketing platforms
Conducting cross-browser and cross-device testing
Maintaining, troubleshooting, and securing existing websites
Staying current with development trends, tools, and platform updates
What We're Looking For - You're the Perfect Fit if You:
(Non-negotiable requirements)
Are based in the Philippines and seeking a full-time remote role
Have 4+ years of proven web development experience with a strong, diverse portfolio
Have expert-level proficiency in WordPress development (custom themes, plugin development, PHP customisation)
Have hands-on experience with Shopify development, including theme customisation and e-commerce integrations
Have strong proficiency in Webflow development, including custom interactions and advanced builds
Have solid front-end expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and responsive design principles
Have experience using modern development workflows (Git, build tools, package managers)
Understand web performance optimisation, SEO fundamentals, and security best practices
Can manage multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment
Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with designers and stakeholders
