DITO Telecommunity CorporationWe are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage Network Coverage and Quality. The role focuses on optimizing 4G/5G performance through continuous monitoring, trialing new network features, and evaluating their effectiveness. Key responsibilities include standardizing optimization parameters, defining acceptance criteria, and supporting network events and troubleshooting efforts.
Serve as the primary point of contact for network quality improvement, tracking progress, resolving issues, and providing weekly analysis.
Conduct routine operations and assessments of wireless network optimization.
Monitor KPIs regularly, identify root causes, and implement solutions for any performance degradation or anomalies.
Provide specialized analysis and optimization support across the entire network.
Assist with the deployment of new features and software updates.
Support the standardization of network optimization parameters and acceptance criteria.
Contribute to network assurance during major events and upcoming projects.
Coordinate activities related to interference detection and frequency clearance.
Perform other duties as required to meet evolving business needs.
At least 8 years of experience in the telecommunications industry.
Flexible and adaptable to work based on management requirements.
Bachelor's degree in engineering or IT-related field.
Job Skills & Qualifications
Strong knowledge of computer communication networks and a solid telecommunications background.
Familiar with wireless technologies such as 5G NR LTE, VoLTE and NB-IoT.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills for resolving network issues and challenges.
Experience with network management systems and vendor-specific parameters (e.g., Huawei, ZTE, Nokia).
Familiar with configuration strategies and parameter systems of at least two major vendors (Huawei, ZTE, Nokia).
Knowledge of data automation (mining, calculation, analysis) using Microsoft Excel VBA, Microsoft Access, and SQL (preferred).
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and thrive under pressure.
