PRIVATE DUTY CAREGIVER Helping Care Connections (Sep 2020-July 2023)
- Assist patients with Personal Hygiene such as bathing, feeding, grooming, oral care and Bowel Elimination:
- Light housekeeping in patients’ room
- Prepare nutritious meals and feeds my clients to keep their healthy
- Patients Medication Preparation and Administration
- Daily health Status Monitoring (Vital sign)
- Help with mobility and Daily Routine Exercise
- Reporting and of patient progress to the family and the physician
- Assist in Hospital Admission/ Discharge and Follow up Consultations to the Physician
