• Authored a comprehensive network runbook documenting the infrastructure, IP scheme, server architecture, and operational workflows for a 3-laboratory Computer Engineering department network serving 75+ workstations

• Assessed existing security and monitoring tooling (Windows Defender Firewall/Antivirus, Sophos, Veyon Master, policy-based URL filtering) and identified gaps in VLAN segmentation, server redundancy, and network monitoring coverage
• Formulated actionable recommendations, including per-lab VLAN segmentation, automated backup solutions for shared storage, and adoption of a dedicated monitoring platform (e.g., Zabbix) to improve network reliability and security posture
