Core responsibilities

• Cash management: Handle all cash transactions, including processing payments and issuing receipts.
• Cash drawer management: Balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift and prepare cash and checks for deposit.
• Customer service: Greet customers, answer their questions, and help resolve complaints and concerns.
• Administrative tasks: Prepare and file transaction reports and ensure all transactions are recorded accurately.

• Depositing funds: Deposit cash and checks into the designated bank account.
• Equipment maintenance: Report any issues with equipment like system interruptions or electric blackout in the branch.
• Computes monthly incentives: A report where branch cashier computes incentives to all employees of the branch to monitor their monthly performance and to give reward for hitting their performance goals.
• Monthly reports: To consolidate the documents from daily records including collection reports, daily transaction reports in excel file, deposit and encashment monitoring reports, and auditing cash over or short monitoring reports.

• Sales role is to act as a representative for a retail nutrition store and explain to customers the various products you sell.
