I graduated Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and passed the licensure for Mechanical Engineering held by Professional Regulatory Commission of the Philippine Government. I have been working in the drafting field for 12 years now & still counting in a Multinational Japanese Company here in the Philippines, and during that time I have part of multiple projects, including the ones focused on jigs & fixture design for CNC lathe machines, cutting tools & inspection tools preparation. With experienced international travel in Japan to conduct machine inspection & commissioning of the purchased new machines or technology required in the process to meet the customer’s product drawing.
I am particularly detailed oriented, and I always having praised for my ability to foresee potential problems & make proactive plans.
In my current work with designation to be Section Specialist, I was responsible to support the manufacturing line to achieve topmost quality of the product produced, meet the target output base on product working standard, even safety project to protect workers while performing a specific job in manufacturing area. In addition, being a Section specialist, I see to it that the design of my subordinates (Machine Designer B, Machine Designer B, and Senior Machine Designers) was detailed checked & signed before submission to Managers.
I am not only attentive to detail when designing and maintaining productive & safety working environment. I am also attentive in criticism & idea of others, especially to operators working face to face with the machines, and I highly value feedback that will make my projects run more smoothly. I appreciate straightforward yet relaxed professional interactions, and I aim for that dynamic with all my colleagues and outside contacts.
