2. Pre-plan maximum cargo load per flight
3. Coordinate with GHA advance acceptance and build-up
4. Check, record ULD movement ex CEB and update ULD Management in HQ
5. Cross Check Documentations with GHA and HUB
6. Update HUB through GHA all Sensitive and Special Cargoes
7. Implement Safety Protocol based on Turkish Airlines Safety Manual

1. Gather all Import Reports, Irregularities from Galco Warehousing and updated HUB
2. Execute KPI for all Import Related updates to COMIS (FSU, RCF etc.)
3. Attend to all concerns with regards to claims and irregularities.

• Tracing lost packages and communicating details with clients.
• Communicating the shipping status to customers.
• Monitoring shipments to ensure a vendor picks up the cargo or delivers the cargo.
• Tracking shipping details ,including cargo contents, weight and transportation time.
• Personally sends Documents to the Aircraft.
