A results-driven library professional with extensive experience in library management, accreditation preparation, and administrative functions. Committed to continuous learning and skills enhancement, with a strong desire to contribute to a goal-oriented environment that fosters growth and excellence. Also equipped with strong attention to detail, organization, and document handling skills, making me well-suited for a Document Control role involving records management, compliance, and systematic documentation processes.
Across my professional experience, I have built a strong background in library operations, academic support services, administration, and customer-facing roles, complemented by entrepreneurial and technical data management work. As a Librarian at AMA University (September 2023 – May 2026), I supported major accreditation processes such as PACUCOA, ISO, CHED, and ABET through accurate documentation and standards alignment while managing KOHA ILS functions including acquisition, cataloging, circulation, and system configuration. I also trained students in OPAC and research databases like EBSCO and GALE, assisted patrons with resource discovery, conducted inventory audits, ensured accurate library records, and maintained inclusive services for postgraduate and differently abled users.
Previously, as HR and Admin Manager at Golden Dragon Express, Inc. (August 2022 – August 2023), I handled end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration, employee relations, and HR policy implementation. I also maintained personnel records, tracked HR metrics, prepared management reports, and issued employment documents. In my concurrent role as Secretary, I supported executive operations by managing documentation, procurement, communications, scheduling, meeting minutes, and various administrative processes to ensure smooth office operations.
Earlier in my career, I gained experience in sales and marketing as a Sales and Marketing Executive at iGlobal Containers and Chassis (December 2020 – May 2021), where I handled client relations, market research, sales closure, and customer support while contributing to team training and performance tracking. My foundation in library services was built through multiple progressive roles, including Librarian Sr. Specialist positions at AMA Computer College – Cavite (March 2019 – August 2020) and Southern Luzon College (November 2017 – July 2018), where I managed collection development, cataloging, circulation, technical services, bulletin boards, reader services programs, and library system support.
I also served in earlier library staff roles at Metropolitan Medical Center College (March 2017 – July 2017) and Our Lady of Guadalupe College (August 2015 – March 2017), handling circulation services, inventory, shelving, machine operations, reporting, and student library orientation.
Overall, my experience reflects a well-rounded professional with strong competencies in library and information management, administrative leadership, HR functions, customer service, data accuracy, and digital operations, supported by a consistent ability to adapt, organize, and deliver efficient service across different environments.
I completed my Bachelor of Library and Information Science at the National Teachers College from 2010 to 2015, building a strong foundation in library management and information services. Prior to this, I finished Secondary Education at Philippine Christian University from 2006 to 2010 and Primary Education at the same institution from 2005 to 2006. My early schooling began at Jose Rizal Elementary School, where I studied from 1999 to 2005.
