Allen Digap

I am Allen M. Digap. office. I graduated last year from Bulacan State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Legal Management. I am also a First year Law student at Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Manila. Currently, I am residing in Natividad Lopez St., Ermita, Manila, Metro Manila.

During my internship at the Bulacan Parole and Probation Office under the Department of Justice, I gained hands-on experience in case management and legal administrative work. I assisted in organizing case files, handling official records, preparing documents, and supporting daily office operations while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy. This experience strengthened my understanding of legal procedures and administrative work within a government setting and enhanced my attention to detail and documentation skills.

In addition, I served as a Record Custodian Officer for three years during my college education in our college-based organization. In this role, I was responsible for managing, organizing, and safeguarding records, ensuring proper documentation, and coordinating with officers and staff.

In my previous job, I am a Legal Asssistant where I handle the preparation and submission of Requests for Quotation (RFQs), particularly for government small procurement projects. This experience has strengthened my attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to ensure compliance with required procedures and documentation. I am also responsible for reviewing legal and technical documents that we submit to the Government agency.

Further, I am also responsible for the outcoming and incoming communications from different government agency. Lastly, I also assist in drafting legal documents, correspondence, maintaining records, and coordinating with clients and government offices.

Legal Assistant at Distinctive Blinds and Office Systems, Inc. (2026-01-26 – 2026-05-28)

• Submit RFQs for government procurement on behalf of Distinctive Blinds and Office Systems, Inc.

• Helped receive clients and visitors.
• Supported the preparation of reports and other relevant documents for submission to the court and other offices.

Record Custodian Officer at BULSU Legal Management Society (2022 – 2025)

• Prepared the minutes of meetings and proceedings of the LMS.
• Took the minutes of LMS meetings, general assemblies, and seminars.
• Assisted the officers with the letters they needed upon approval of the Adviser, President, Vice President for Internal and External Affairs, and Secretary.
• Made a report at the end of each month regarding the documents that were added to the records of LMS and those that were released.
• Reviewed the data, documents, and letters before releasing them and adding them to the Organization's record.
