Responsibilities

• Develops water supply, wastewater, and civil infrastructure projects through site surveys, data gathering, engineering design, planning, and detailed cost estimation.
• Prepares plans, technical specifications, Terms of Reference (TOR), bid forms, bidding documents, and project cost estimates for Capital Expenditure (CapEx) projects.
• Coordinates with internal divisions, government agencies, contractors, and stakeholders regarding project requirements, permits, technical concerns, and implementation.
• Provides technical support during procurement and bidding activities, including site inspections, bid queries, and preparation of required documentation.
• Assists in the preparation of annual and three-year CapEx plans, project documentation, and regulatory requirements.
• Reviews project implementation for compliance with engineering standards, environmental regulations, and occupational health and safety requirements.
• Prepares technical presentations and project updates for quarterly Board of Directors meetings.
