Internal Security Force (ISF) Camp, Duhail, Doha, Qatar for plots 7A, 7B and 05 - site based. ISF camp is a large scale mixed-use project featuring buildings associated with military police use with a total built up area of 2,000,000m² in a site area of 400 hectares. The Camp comprises various types of Barracks, Stores, Guard houses, Headquarters, Stadium, a five star Hotel, Hospital, Detention centre, Several Mosques, Residential buildings, Equestrian Camp and Shooting range, Workshops, Training Police Academy and Parade areas etc.
- Attend Construction Technical meetings as required for delegated project components and report on the critical Interior Design quality issues impacting ongoing construction.
- Liaise with contractor site managers and report on timely delivery of deliverables.
- Review ID Shop Drawings, Method Statements and Material Submittals and attend and approve Mock ups.
- Carry out site inspections of permanent works to check on Interior Design intent compliance, deficiencies/discrepancies, and the expected quality standards are achieved.
- Carry out site inspections of temporary works and/or mockups to check on interior design intent compliance and quality.
- Carry out site inspections in response to RFIT documents issued by the contractor and in accordance with all relevant QA-QC procedures.
- Maintain thorough records (written and photographic) of the staged works, mockups, site-based tests, etc for future reference and prepare weekly reports for submission to the RE.
- Assist the QA-QC team in reviewing materials delivered to site for conformance with performance specification.
- Prepare Remedial works checklists upon contractor's staged completion of the works and ensure that the remedial works carried out meet the required standards in relation to design intent compliance and quality.
- Monitor start-up, testing, commissioning and handover of the works.
- Co-ordinate inspections with Architectural, MEP and other disciplines if necessary.
