I've bee a school Manager for around 1O years and had been teaching for a period of more than 10 years. Ten years as Principal with the following assignments: 1. 5 years as School Head at Sta. Cruz National High School, San Miguel, Leyte, Philippines where I steward that school as National Awardee in the Brigada Eskwela.
Finished my college degree of Bachelor in Secondary Education major in Mathematics at Leyte Normal University-then pursued Bachelor of Laws at Leyte Colleges and graduated in said course.
While in government service as Principal, pursued graduate studies in Masters of Public Management at University of the Philippines Open University and finished it in April 2006.
