End-to-end testing and commissioning of Solar PV and BESS hybrid systems from pre-energization to commercial operation
Verify readiness of electrical, protection, control, and communication systems prior to energization
Conduct comprehensive VRE compliance testing for Solar PV + BESS hybrid operation, including: Active and reactive power control (P/Q control), Voltage control and power factor regulation, Capacity firming Test, Ramp rate control profiling / variable ramp rate test, Frequency response and grid support functionality, Power and energy round-trip efficiency testing of BESS
Validate BESS performance including charge/discharge cycles, State of Charge (SOC) control, response time, and grid support services
Ensure full SCADA and communication system integrity, including telemetry, remote control, and NGCP interface
Test and confirm protection relay coordination and overall system stability compliance
Prepare, complete and turnover all construction and commissioning documentation, detailed test reports, and NGCP compliance requirements

EPC PROJECT MANAGEMENT - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage the EPC process for solar power projects from conception to completion.
DESIGN ANALYSIS - Analyze electrical designs for solar power plants, including solar array layouts, inverter configurations, and electrical distribution systems considering factors such as efficiency, reliability and safety.
TESTING AND COMMISSIONING - Conduct performance testing of electrical systems, including inverters, transformers, switchgears, substation protection devices, HV Equipment and SCADA, to validate their compliance with design specifications.
QUALITY ASSURANCE - Implement rigorous quality assurance processes to guarantee the reliability and performance of electrical systems.
ENERGIZATION - Coordinate with utility companies to facilitate grid interconnection, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
