I have seen that you need a virtual assistant (VA) with Experienced in Data Entry/ MS Excel/ Google Spreadsheets. With this. I would like to apply for the post just in case you still need more VAS. I worked as a Data entry and Database Manager (Gathering information from the web to MS Excel/ Google Spreadsheet, Importing PDF files, and Converting PDF files to Excel/ MS Docs w/ 5 years of experience in this field).

I believe that my previous work experience will aid me in the post I am applying for. I am a fast learner and can work with minimum supervision.

Store Operation Specialist (SoS) – Head of Operations/Warehouse Supervisor

• Officer in Charge in overall transaction. 
• Facilitate all operational rules and guidelines. First to learn new programs then training the other staff. 
• Expertise in encoding, cashiering, picking and releasing also maintaining policy and procedure of company. Liquidation of Consignment items and preventing lost items.
•  Coordinating to Head office for Office reports and handling customer concern. 
• Monitoring of files and report specially Sales Journal. Monitoring of renewal of permits and Fire Extinguisher of Branch and Outlet. Monitoring the daily task of all employee even branch head. 
• Safety Officer 1 for DOLE. Performing ICOP for a newly hired applicant and training them to be responsible with their line of work also explaining their duties and responsibilities.

Inventory Product Quality Control (IPQC)

• Maintaining Accuracy of Inventory System versus actual product and checking the quality of product.
• Receiving and checking damage items for coordination to the main warehouse. Pulling out items that needed to the Main Warehouse. Maintaining cleanliness and FIFO-first in first out of goods
• Consigning items to customer to prevent lost. Documentation and monitoring receive and pull-out items for my reference.

Store Delivery Assistant (SDA)

• Responsible in checking and sorting, packaging and loading of items. Also responsible in accuracy of all delivered items. 
• Transmitting of items and answering delivery discrepancy of each Outlets.
•  Monitoring Truck Expenses and Trip Ticket of the Vehicle.
• Renewal of Franchise in LTO. Coordination to the Head office regarding vehicle and drivers’ concern. 
• Making a daily delivery report on how many kilometers the truck runs.
