HR Supervisor/Company Nurse - Iomni Precision, Inc. - Calamba City Laguna

• Supervises the work activities of all staff/personnel and their respective assignment in HR and Admin.
• Takes charge of all training-related activities of the department such as: Training Needs Analysis Review, Coordination with other departments relative to training schedules and activities, Interface with external training institutions and external trainers/resource person for the company/s external training requirements, Update of quarterly Training Plan and Employee Training Training Records.
• Assist in Timekeeping activities in relation to payroll preparation.
• Check and monitor issuance of Disciplinary Action to erring employees after conducting investigation following due process.
• Monitor and checks Performance Evaluation of all employees, makes sure that PE forms are released on time and the evaluation cycle completed within one month.
• Ensure that all employees have 201 file and that employment requirements are file in their respective 201, which is kept confidential and made available only to authorized employees.
• Responsible in applying Tax Identification to newly hired employees as needed.
• Performs other liaison works with various government agencies concerning work related items/concerns
• With concurrent assignment as Company Nurse, act as over-all nurse-in-charge, whenever immediate nursing care and treatment is to be given to employee patients needing the same.
• Monitor weekly the usage of medicines and conducts inventory of current medical supplies.
• Prepare mandated reports to the Dept. of Labor and Employment (DOLE)
