I have been in aircraft maintenance since I was 17 years old. I have 37 years experience and 35 years with UPS. I have successfully completed Basic Sheetmetal school, Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced Composite school, Basic and Advanced Metal Bond as well as Structural Repair for Engineers schools.
I have 24 years in the SDF Sheetmetal Shop as an AMT and as a Supervisor. I have experience in planning and executing the weekend workload. I have extensive knowledge of the sheetmetal shops mission and made a direct impact on the success of the shop while I was there.
As a team, we were successful in completing our guarantee week after week, most of the time completing 100 hours or more over guarantee. I motivate my employees to work. I have high expectations of my employees to meet goals and push to meet or exceed those goals.
I hold myself accountable as well as my team who works with me. I use the mistakes I make as a learning tool, to get better, to be better.

Supervise the daily maintenance of the weekend and 2 day air operation.
Responsibilities include setting up daily scheduled maintenance assigned to my crew to ensure a seamless flow of work, ensure the safe execution of the plan, audit for compliance, direct employees when unforeseen maintenance issues arise, track AMT training to ensure they stay certified and compliant, audit and approve time cards, perform audits of assigned facilities. Work with my management team to control operational costs, whether it be parts or overtime.
