Solid knowledge of Microbiological analysis including:
- Food and Cosmetic samples: identification and enumeration of Salmonella sp., Pseudomonas sp.. Staphylococcus sp., Bacillus cereus, Listeria spp., Enterobacteriaceae, Total coliforms, Fecal coliforms and E.coli, Yeast and Molds and Total bacterial count.
- Environmental and Water samples: identification and enumeration of Salmonella sp., Pseudomonas sp.. Staphylococcus sp., Bacillus cereus, Total coliforms, Fecal coliforms and E.coli, Enterococcus sp., Legionella spp., Clostridium spp. Total bacterial count, Yeast and Molds, and Viable Helminth Ova.
- Including also samples for Research, Product Testing, Experimental Techniques, Product Development and Technical Documentation – gained through “hands-on” training and laboratory experience. Ability to conduct detailed experiments and laboratory testing and interpret results and prepare written reports.
