About

Multi-Storey and Mixed-use Building Developments in Reinforced Concrete and Structural Steel using American/Philippine Design Standards. Structural design includes structural detailing, retrofit design, structural inspection and rapid screening, and evaluation of existing buildings.

Ensures that design and required calculations and drawings are completed on time and adheres to the established specifications and code standards. Assists the Consultants in the scheduling, checking, and design conceptualization.

Attends meetings and site inspections, as required, for design and technical aspect of proposal. In-charge of the final checking and recommends approval of the design, drawings & specifications prior to inclusion in the permit or construction stage.   • Creates and checks internal structural design spreadsheets
  • Prepares structural estimates and value engineering to meet the client's budgetary requirements
