Plans and Programs Division

• Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and Bill of Quantities (BOQs) for civil infrastructure projects.
• Interpret engineering drawings, project specifications, Programs of Work, and technical documentation to determine project scope, quantities, and cost requirements.
• Perform quantity and cost calculations in accordance with DPWH standards and project specifications.
• Review drawings and project documentation to identify scope requirements, construction quantities, and potential estimating discrepancies.
• Support the preparation, review, and documentation of government infrastructure projects from planning and estimating through project implementation.
