- Perform antenna alignment (azimuth and elevation) to achieve optimal signal strength and link quality
- Execute Line-of-Sight (LOS) verification and ensure proper path clearance
- Install and terminate cables (coaxial, waveguide, fiber, and power) with proper grounding
- Configure radio parameters such as frequency, bandwidth, modulation, and IP settings
- Commission microwave links and integrate with the transmission/network system
- Conduct testing and validation (RSL, RSSI, BER) to ensure link performance meets standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve faults related to signal, alignment, hardware, or configuration
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on transmission equipment
- Prepare technical reports, as-built documentation, and commissioning records
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, especially working at heights and electrical safety
