• Responsible for creating and maintaining automation solutions for business processes of focus using Robotics Process Automation (RPA) tools.
• Interact with both technology and business process automation teams to build, configure and productionalize scalable and efficient automations that meets clients defined policies and standards.
• Analyze client processes and requirements and can maintain bots with the highest positive impact.
• Develop and test Robotics Process Automation solutions using prescribed RPA technologies.
• Create and maintains technical design documentation to support development.
• Participate in code/solution reviews, meetings or workshops to understand the requirements and to develop automation solutions.
• Provide technical recommendations on design considerations for performance, scalability, availability, maintainability, disaster recovery and uptime.
• Carry out RCA of Level 2 / Level 3 issues in RPA processes and provide production break fixes
• Provide technical support and answer technical inquiries regarding the supported RPA processes
