PROJECT TITLE: MEDICINE MONITORING

• A web-based system developed for monitoring and managing employees' medicine reimbursements and medical refund transactions in DOLE PLC.
• Provides an Employee Lookup module for searching and selecting employees quickly from the database.
• Includes a Medicine Lookup module for selecting medicines from the medicine master list.
• Automatically displays employee details such as name, classification, and date hired after selecting an employee.
• Monitors employee medicine limits and reimbursement balances.
• Records important transaction details including; BILL NUMBER, EMPLOYEE ID, MEDICINE, ILLNESS, QUANTITY, AMOUNT, RENDER DATE
