• install testing set-up in the assigned production line area and let the Head Technician check for approval.
• Anticipate common defects and inform the Line Leader or the Head Technician immediately to avoid serious problems.
• Accomplish daily report and must be submitted everyday.
• Inform the Head Technician for any unusual or suspicious reading/waveform encountered during production.
• Segregate the non-conforming for repair.

Repair Technician at EuroCB (Phils) Inc. (2010-08 – 2014-04)

• PCB's/Units that can no longer be repaired must be separated for replacement (open tracks, burn tracks, track removed etc.).
• Request components needed for repair and submit requisition slip to the Head Technician or Assistant Head Technician for approval.
• Accomplish daily report and must be submitted every day.
• Defective PCB must be repaired down to the last one.
• Report to the Head Technician the cause of defect or most common breakdown for failure analysis and possible solution.
• Inform immediately the Head Technician for any sudden changes related to technical aspect, such as testing set-up & testing procedure.

Technician(Level C) at Taiyo Yuden Phils. Inc. (2007-05 – 2008-10)

• repair and troubleshooting of auto-winding machines.
• machine conversion from one type to the other of these (30xx, 40xx, 60xx or 80xxseries)product types.
• product evaluation before the machine proceed to production.
