Almost 15 year of experience on Façade industry, from façade consultancy to façade contractor with different task involved, from design shop drawing up to fabrication and installation, including the site survey verification layout, has been develop on those years. During initial years on FAÇADE CONSULTANCY (ALT Cladding Inc.), was a Design Engineer in foreign project and eventually engage to local projects as a Façade Engineer. Over the years, involved in job site inspections, water leakage investigations and mock up test with corresponding reports.
After a few years was been assigned and was been involved with extensive exposure to plant visits in Asia and has given knowledge in material inspection and testing such as aluminum, sealant, gasket hardness, finish coating thickness and glass criteria. Eventually, was been assigned as a Consultant Client representative of full time QA/QC aluminum factory fabrication inspection in Beijing china (Jangho) and it has gave a great knowledge on the contractor's fabrication industry. Almost 10 years, by joining on façade contractor industry, the knowledge of problem solution has been developed on the fabrication and installation of the façade, such as installation of panel, installation of embedment and layout, site survey verification, fabrication drawing as per site condition, shop drawing RFI/RFA with including coordination to Site, Architect and Consultant.
