- Supervised day to day of the 1,260 hectares of Oil Palm State owned- Plantation, and 8,050 hectares of OP in-charge of the out-growers in the operation from manuring, weeding, irrigation, harvesting and other operation and maintenance activities in the OP state-owned plantation area and the outgrowers farm area
- Conduct research study in Oil Palm and Abaca using the All Cosmos Bio-organic Fertilizer, Local Organic Granular Fertilizer and Nutrient enhancer using mycorrhiza fungus. Conduct regular monitoring and assessment related to Pest and Diseases, Fertilization, irrigation and other crop management practices
- Conduct field trials and collation of data gathered, make recommendations to improve production and good crop standing
