- Lodgement of Import Entries thru E2M System
- Reviews and checking the import documents and import declaration
- Updates shipment details from the bill of lading, commercial invoice, packing list and other shipping documents sent by the sending agent
- Monitors the status of import entry thru VASP and BOC Portal
- Prepares the documents and payment for Shipping line charges and forwarder charges in order to request the Delivery Order / Release Order
- Incharge in releasing the cargo in Ports and Warehouses
- Acts as customs broker representative in examination of the cargo
- Negotiates Trucking rate and nominates the trucking that will pull out the container (FCL) from the port / cargo from the warehouse (LCL)
- Instructs the trucker regarding the delivery of the cargo
- Books loaded containers in TABS Appointment System and pre-advises the return of empty container
- Files and picks up the container deposit refund to the shipping line
- Monitors container deposit and arranges document and file for refund of container deposit, monitors releasing of check/s
- Handles the registration and renewal of Importers and Broker BOC-AMO Accreditation
- Coordinates with customers for any related inquiry/documents needed by BOC and other inter-agency of the Government
- Coordinates shipment status with the client and updates the client POD
- Sends delay notice to the consignee
- Develops and maintains daily shipment status report for client planning team's visibility
- Implements client's SLA to meet and maintain business requirements
- Conducts weekly and monthly customs shipping documents audit for customs compliance purposes
