Hi, I’m Eunice. I have a background in both accounting and customer service, but most of my work experience has really involved dealing with people.
I worked as a customer service representative and later as an email specialist, where I handled different customer concerns and learned how to communicate calmly and professionally, especially when dealing with difficult situations.
I’m also an online piano instructor, which I’ve been doing for several years. Teaching has helped me become more patient, adaptable, and comfortable communicating with different personalities.
I’m now applying for cabin crew because I want to take those skills into a more dynamic and people-oriented environment. I enjoy helping people, and I think my experience in customer service, along with my ability to stay composed and attentive, would translate really well into this role.
I started my career as an accounting staff, where I learned to be very organized, detail-oriented, and responsible when handling financial records and transactions.
After that, I moved into customer service with Convergys, where I handled different customer concerns and complaints. That experience really taught me how to communicate with different types of people, stay patient, and remain professional even in stressful situations.
I then worked as an email specialist with WNS, where I continued handling customer concerns through email and live chat. Since 2020, I’ve also been working as an online piano instructor, which has helped me become even more patient and adaptable, especially because every student has a different personality and way of learning.
I feel that these experiences have given me a good combination of customer service, communication, patience, and attention to detail, which are skills I believe I can bring into a cabin crew role.
