SCOPE OF WORK over the years:
- Preparation and Serving of Memorandum (General/Personal)
- Conduct Initial Interview and Coordinates with Managers and Chief Operating Officer for Final Interview
- Christmas Event Preparation (Give Away and Raffles)
- Double Checking of Trainee Attendance for Payroll
- Administer, Score and Evaluation of Psychological Tests
- Tip Incentive Computation, Voucher Preparation, Coordination for Distribution and Turn-over of Unclaimed Tip to the Chief Accountant
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
- Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
- Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
- Do other duties assigned from time to time
