I am Mr. Frederick Condes, an Instrument Design Engineer, with almost 15yrs experience in the EPC industry.

• Able to perform basic/advance design with minimal supervision.
• Work with vendor data and with personnel in other disciplines as required for the performance of design.
• Participate in general training programs and activities.

  • Able to perform Field Instrument specifications and calculations
  • Able to Perform Sizing Calculations (Control Valves, Relief Valves, etc.).
  • Able to perform Flow Element selection and sizing.
  • Able to perform wiring of field instruments.
  • Design Documents Development (Instrument Location Plan, Cable Routing Plan, etc.).
  • Prepare RFQ, TBE and PO of various Field Instruments.
  • Perform Technical Bid Evaluation of various Field Instruments.
  • Perform direct communication with vendor and client.
  • Able to support Design team with Technical Supervision.
  • Able to perform design activities such as Inline/Offline modeling using PDS/Intergraph SP3D,2D drawings (i.e.

    Instrument Location

    Plan, Cable Routing Plan) using CAD software (AutoCAD and MicroStation and Intergraph Smartplant P&ID).

  • Intools Administration.
  • Control Systems Database Operations.
  • Loading of Information into, and Extraction of Information from, Instrument Database System.
  • Able to work as a team with minimal supervision and high technical evaluation.

I am a graduate of BS Instrumentation and Control Engineering in Rizal Technological University
