Internship - I.T. Support at One Outsource Direct (2026-02 – 2026-05)

Worked as I.T. support under this company. Provided knowledge on how the I.T. department handle inquires or request from other departments.

• IT support also handle both hardware issue (Laptops, to desktop) and software application related (Installation, account access, and file request.)
• Assisted on creating a new network infrastructure to both office locations mainly by cable management using the building old cabling structure and redirecting it to our new switch hubs. Which then calibrated the IP for company use only which handled by IT employees.
• Assisted in building a server rack
