As an HR Lead at Peaksun Enterprises & Export Corporation, I participate in all areas of HR, gaining valuable insights into talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management. I collaborate with operations and finance teams to understand business needs and inform HR strategy, resulting in data-driven decision-making and a holistic approach to human resources. I am also helping to develop a standardized salary table and establish a consistent and competitive compensation framework for the organization.

I graduated magna cum laude from Xavier University - Ateneo de Cagayan with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, where I honed my counseling, communication, and interpersonal skills. I was the president of the school's co-curricular organization, a department head of our council, and a graduate of Ateneo School For Upcoming Leaders. I also received multiple honors and awards for my academic excellence and leadership potential.

I am passionate about mental health and public speaking and have volunteered as a mental health responder and an English tutor for underprivileged students. I seek opportunities in HR to contribute exceptional performance management, compensation expertise, and innovative strategies to a leading organization.
