I’m a Chemical Engineer with more than 10 years of experience in manufacturing, environmental compliance, quality systems, and research and development. I started my career in process engineering and environmental compliance roles, where I gained strong experience in pollution control, wastewater treatment, chemical management, and regulatory coordination with agencies such as DENR, PEZA, and PDEA.

Over the years, I also developed experience in quality and food safety systems. In my current role at Shemberg Biotech Corporation, I work in Research and Development where I handle product formulation, application testing, technical documentation, and cross-functional coordination. I also serve as one of the company’s Internal Auditors and as Deputy Leader of the Food Safety Team, supporting BRC compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.

I consider my strengths to be analytical problem-solving, attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to work well with different teams. I’m particularly interested in roles that combine compliance, quality management, sustainability, and operational improvement because those areas align well with both my technical background and professional experience.

At this stage of my career, I’m looking for an opportunity where I can contribute more strategically, grow into a larger leadership role, and continue developing expertise in quality and environmental compliance management.

RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST at Shemberg Biotech Corporation (2022-08 – Present)

• Conduct experimental studies and laboratory blending of various carrageenan products to attain target product specification as required by clients/customer
• Develop and execute application test protocols, either inhouse or in collaboration with clients, to ensure product performance
