-Validation of actual documents vs.
-online monitoring of store contentions
-Crediting valid store contentions with
-QA's disposition
-Ensure information is accurate and valid with complete attached documents
-Creating daily picklist from store orders
-Movement analysis of each item for monitoring
-Responsible for checking and validating SLE (Shelf-Life Extension) of expired items.
-Processing TPD (Transfer Posting Document) and GR (Goods Received) from other plant.
-Monitoring of SKU's with CU date
-Daily reconciliation of system vs. actual
-Performing DCC (Daily Cycle Count) of scheduled items
-Monitoring delayed transactions in the system to ensure the accuracy of stocks.
-Responsible for reconciliation of lacking systems for shipment
-Movement analysis of items with issue.
-Processing PT (Posting Transfer) of outgoing and incoming materials from other sites
-Performing weekly cycle count of materials
-Consolidation of weekly reports of (3) sites.
