I am part of the Central South Europe Team under Sea Export – Booking. I handle manual booking creation and booking amendments request from customers through Salesforce. My responsibilities include monitoring customer shipments, coordinating with the delivery and equipment teams, and providing shipment updates, including tracking details and key deadlines.
